Description

This Native Americans unit includes tribes from across America. It starts with the east coast tribe of the Cherokee, then continues with the plains tribe of the Comanche, and concludes with the tribes of the Pacific Northwest. It answers the questions of how the Native Americans lived, what they ate, what they wore, and the kind of housing they built. It teaches that Native Americans were the first people on this continent and how the coming of the settlers impacted their lives.
