Component 2 requires that you work with individual students (1-3 depending on the specific content area). This collecting information and tracking sheet will help you keep track of your Knowledge of Student information. It will also help you brainstorm (information from state test scores? Counselors? Specialists? etc.) and find as much information as you can about the student so that when you write your component, the richness and depth of your knowledge of your students will shine through all your commentary.
