NSW Syllabus - ES1 - PDHPE - Unit How does my body move?

This unit is a one stop shop for the New PDHPE Syllabus for Early Stage 1.

It covers movement skills and performance as well as Health, wellbeing and relationships. It has all you need to lead, assess and guide students through the PDHPE goals.

There are anecdotal observation record slips, student recording self assessments for glowing and growing and has an assessment recording sheet for each lesson with aligned outcomes on each assessment recording sheet.

This unit includes physical literacy vocabulary words.

The activities in this unit include both inside and outside activities as well as activities both with and without equipment use.

This unit has a high content of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander games which can open discussion, increasing inclusion and connects other key learning areas.

These activities are fun and uplifting and are readily accessible for students of all abilities.
