Description
This activity was created for students to identify that music can be a coping skills and to write down how different songs correlate with how they feel. Students will complete the list of songs and how they feel. Once done, if teacher allows, students will create a Pandora account and create their own "My Coping Playlist" so students can listen to it during free time, needing a break, or when working on an assignment.
