Musical Theatre Agreement / Contract

This Parent/Student Musical Theatre Agreement / Contract is something I have used for the past few years. It is distributed in May to students who have signed up for my Musical Theatre class for the following school year to make sure parents and students are aware of the expectations of the class. It must be signed and returned in order to be considered for the class. It has helped tremendously when a parent tells me that they have a conflict with the dates of the show or the after-school rehearsals or if a particular student starts to have attendance issues and I have to remove him/her from the cast/crew.
