Musical Adventures In Nursery Rhyme Land Vol. #2 - PDF. ED.

VOLUME #2 (PDF EDITION) --- NEW RELEASE: After spending many months of preparation, planning, and finally execution, it is so exciting to be launching a new collection/series that has been in the making for a VERY long time (close to a year :). Volume #1 was recently uploaded in both SMART NOTEBOOK & POWER-POINT formats (Vol. #1 PDF coming soon) and this is now the debut of VOLUME #2 with at least 2 more volumes soon to follow in this fabulous series. (All Volumes will eventually be available in SMART NOTEBOOK, POWER-POINT, & PDF formats as I have time to upload them). Vol. #2 is currently available in all 3 formats in my TpT store.

Young children today are coming to us in their Kindergarten year knowing fewer and fewer Nursery Rhymes, including chants, poems, songs, lullaby's, story's, etc. In this PDF, your young elementary music students will be introduced to many of these childhood Nursery Rhymes that are essential to their overall beginning musical development. Skills such as steady beat, language development, feeling rhythm patterns & duration of sound, dramatic role playing & story telling, discovering variations in dynamics and tempo markings, and SO much more are emphasized in this collection of songs as will be in follow up volumes soon to be posted. Each of these listed songs, poems, etc. include these activities: a steady heart beat tapping page, a rhythm icon tapping page, an interactive rhythmic notation pattern reveal of sorts (this varies from song to song), reading the song from the staff with melodic notation using picture icons as notes as well as reading the song from the staff with real melodic notation. If there is a game/activity that correspond with a given song/rhyme/etc., it is also included.
