Movement Break Cards

30 movement break cards are included with different stationary movement options for students to use when they need a brain break! Each card contains a title, illustration, and description of the movement. These cards can be used for individual students or set up as a center for students to use independently as needed throughout the school day.

For lower grades, it works well to go over each activity to set up expectations and make sure students do the movements correctly and safely.
