Moon Art: "Moon Phases Booklet & Moon Cookie Sculpture"

Moon Science Art Projects: Kids will make a “Moon Phases Book” and “Moon Sculpture Project” using Oreo cookies! Students create their own accordion style book featuring Moon Phases and Moon Facts. In addition they can create edible sculptures of every Moon Phase.

You will receive a lesson including handouts for students to complete their Moon Phases Booklet. There are multiple sets of handouts to choose from depending on how easy you want the project to be. You get step-by-step instructions for the accordion style booklet, and drawing the Moon Face cover. Included are black-line masters for cover page, each phase of the moon, facts page, and color Earth page for “Moon Cookie Sculpture” activity. Most importantly, you receive color copies of completed pages of the “Booklet” and “Moon Cookie Sculpture” project to use as samples for your students!
