I suggest you:
- Print on heavy cardstock paper (on your home printer or at a copyshop). For best results, use your printer's best settings and high quality paper.
- Cut out with scissors or a cutter.
- Laminate for extra durability and re-use.
- Removable pieces can be fixed with velcro dots.
