There is also a set of blank newsletters, so you can customise the newsletter to meet your needs if you want to include other information or strategies.

How do I edit them?

Open the file in a PDF program such as Adobe reader. Simply type into the blue boxes and save the file.
Saving information is included in the 'Start Here' guide (in the download file), which explains how you can save the PDF so it can't be edited afterwards (useful if you want to share with families digitally!).
