This monthly behavior chart is a great tool for easily communicating individual student behavior with parents!

The behavior calendars correlate with the behavior clip chart that can be used to monitor individual behavior in the classroom. Each day students are responsible for coloring in that day’s square. The color they use indicates whichever part of the clip chart they ended up on that day. If a student moves their clip below green, you can use the numbered behavior codes to quickly communicate to parents why the student moved their clip down. At the end of each week students are responsible for having a parent initial the behavior chart. It helps to hold students accountable for their actions and it is a great way to keep the lines of communication open with parents!
