Monster Mash Idiom Jeopardy for SMARTBOARD

This smartboard activity is interactive and fully self checking. It is complete with funny pictures to help students understand the figurative language of idioms. This lesson can be used as a teacher directed whole group lesson, a small group lesson, or an independent activity. Can also be used as a competitive game. Slides are fully linked for easy play. Great for students grades 1-5. Younger first grade students may need more support, but it's a great way to introduce figurative language, use as a mini lesson to review idioms, or help to make writing more interesting.
