Description

ESL students find multiplying decimals by whole numbers EASY to see & understand with these models! This is my most complete product ever! This product includes multiple file formats of an 88 slide Interactive Guided Lesson, a set of 10 Show'em Stations, individual Student Station Show'em Sheets, AND a Matching Activity!

I had the most fun creating this lesson & my students love it!

This interactive, dynamic, and visual-saturated unit is especially perfect for Beginning and Intermediate ESL (ELL, EL, LEP) students, dyslexic kids, and students with Special Needs. My kids always appreciate strategic, step-by-step visuals that they can engage with, regardless of their level of English proficiency!

Compare two decimals to thousandths based on meanings of the digits in each place, using >, =, and < symbols to record the results of comparisons.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide decimals to hundredths, using concrete models or drawings and strategies based on place value, properties of operations, and/or the relationship between addition and subtraction; relate the strategy to a written method and explain the reasoning used.
