Description
Teaching correct figure proportions is an important middle or high school art technique to include. This project focuses on figure drawing techniques while also creating a display-worthy work of art.
Students learn human proportions, quick tricks to correctly draw them, history of figures in art, art history activity, sketchbook assignment, gesture drawing art project, critique, and more. Students are engaged through a variety of assignments as well as getting moving and modeling for each other.
