Description

This includes interactive digital and NO print evidence researched based middle school language activities! It will be perfect to use for teletherapy (i.e. for platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet) or distant learning. This product is JAM PACKED! It not only includes clickable buttons used navigate throughout the product, but it also includes fillable text field boxes to fill in answers.


There are four main sections, each with subsections:

1. Reading Comprehension

  • Main idea lesson
  • Learn about the 5 different text structures
  • Escape Room - Can you unlock all three rooms?

2. Context Clues

  • Lesson
  • Word of the Day
  • Level 1: find the correct definition of the bolded word used in the sentence using context clues when provided multiple choice
  • Level 2: define the bolded word in the fillable text box using context clues from the sentence

3. Comparing and Contrasting

  • Lesson
  • Quiz
  • Level 1: compare and contrast two pictured items by typing in the correct information the Venn diagram
  • Level 2: compare and contrast two items from the passage (visual cues and clue words are provided)

4. Writing Sentences

  • Lesson - learn three types of sentences (complete sentence, fragments and run-on sentence)
  • Unscramble a 5 word sentence using the fillable text boxes
  • Unscramble a 8 word sentence using the fillable text boxes
  • Funny fillers - fill in words removed from the stories by asking another person to fill in the blanks with nouns, verbs, adjectives, and more.
