Metropolitan Museum AP Art History Tour by gallery

I created this file as a resource for an AP Art History field trip to the Metropolitan Museum in New York City, NY.
I found that there were no resources to guide me and my students specific to the AP art history course. I wanted to give my students the opportunity to see the images we studied through text and slides in person as a way for them to study for the exam. I wanted to give my students a walking tour through art history. A resource did not exist, so I created it!
This resource is in an excel spreadsheet format. It lists major artworks seen in Gardners art Through the Ages and major artists studied from each movement categorized by gallery. By listing in gallery order and using the MET map available online at their website, you will be able to effectively use your valuable field trip time to walk through art history.

This product could be modified for most grade levels or for personal use when enriching your teaching career by viewing primary source documents
