The first 24 pages of this Mercy Watson Activities Bundle are excellent to use with any of the books. They have a pig theme, but not specific to any one Mercy Watson book. I hope your students enjoy this Mercy Watson book series as much as mine do! A Mercy Watson read aloud is always a class pleaser!
I normally read the first two books with my whole class. I will then let my higher groups go on and finish out the series, completing the handouts independently. This unit is perfect for integrating reading, writing, vocabulary, and grammar making it a complete language arts tool.
