What educators are saying

I used some of this resource to supplement with my Mental Health lesson but will plan on using the whole activity in the future. It is a great resource.
Amazing! I love that you make lessons that are for different grades. It is also great that you can take these and make them your own!

Description

Teaching about mental health is important because it increases awareness, reduces the stigma, and gives kids the tools they need to manage their own mental health.

This no-prep lesson is a great way to help kids better understand mental health and how they can use self-care, coping skills and other strategies to take care of their minds!

The resource includes a scripted lesson with 2 short activities, and is great for your individual, small group and classroom lessons.
