This Mental Health Awareness WebQuest is designed to raise awareness of mental health among high school students. Students will explore various aspects of mental health, including understanding mental health and disorders, seeking help and support, self-care and prevention, and the impact of social perspectives and stigma. This activity encourages critical thinking, empathy, and informed discussion, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of mental health issues and the importance of mental wellness.
A bonus essay question encourages students to combine data from recent studies on how social media affects teen mental health with in-depth analysis, enhancing their critical thinking and analytical skills.
