1) Two separate activities on memory
The First assignment includes:
A flow chart on the memory process. This chart will test your student's knowledge on different aspects of memory including, long-term memory, short-term memory, implicit and explicit memories, iconic and echoic memories and more. Your students will be given a word bank and are expected to fill in the missing boxes with the correct term.
n order to facilitate a class wide discussion about the topics discussed in the activity.
The second assignment includes:
3 different memory games that can be played in class with your students. You will get instructions to a memory math game, instructions to play telephone with your students and a homemade memory matching game for your students to play in class. These are great games to play because your students are able to get competitive with one another and it gives you the opportunity to explain different memory concepts at the same time. This is a great way to break up the grind of a unit.
