What Are Boom™ Cards?
Boom Cards are a deck of digital, self-checking task cards that provide students with the opportunity to practice curriculum related skills. As students work through the deck, they get immediate feedback. A correct answer moves them to the next card. If the student answers incorrectly, they have the opportunity to try the card again, allowing them to master the material. Students can use the Boom Cards app on a tablet or phone or they can use the website on a Chromebook or computer.
Boom Cards are the perfect digital resource for:
- a technology center in the classroom
- independent work
- homework
- assessment
- exit tickets
- remote/on-line learning
Boom Cards save teachers time as they are self-correcting and the audio instructions enable students to work independently!
