Meet the Teacher Night Scavenger Hunt with Moveable Pieces - EDITABLE

Need a fun, engaging, NO-PREP activity for Meet the Teacher Night or Open House? Make your first meeting with your students a TOTAL hit with this editable scavenger hunt for new students and their families!

This activity puts your students in the position to explore your classroom from the very start! Use the pre-designed scavenger hunts included for a no-prep, easily printable activity to print and pass for your big night.

OR, rearrange the included moveable images and change the text to create a scavenger hunt that's specific to YOUR classroom. The choice is yours!

There are scavenger hunts in 12 boxes, 9 boxes, and 6 boxes options, as well as blank tables for you to create your own scavenger hunts by rearranging moveable images within the PowerPoint or adding in your own clipart and text if desired.

There are also explanation cards included for you to hang in each space of your classroom. These cards come in editable versions, as well as pre-completed versions.

*** PLEASE NOTE: THE TEXT IS EDITABLE, including the words and activities in the boxes. You will need to OWN the SAME FONTS if you want the fonts in your edited versions to match the pre-designed options.

*** All the clipart is secured. However, there IS clipart included as moveable images so you may rearrange it in the scavenger hunts provided as you desire. You may also add in your own clipart to the PowerPoint if you want to.***

This product is a POWERPOINT PRESENTATION.
To edit this product, you will need to follow these steps:
1. Open the PowerPoint presentation.
2. Click on the text that you want to edit.
3. Type in the text that you want to include.
4. Select/highlight all the text boxes when you’re finished entering your text to change the font to whatever is your favorite.
5. To save and print or email to parents: Go to file, select print, choose “Save as PDF” from the drop down menu, and save the PDF to your desktop for easy access.
*** If there is not a text box somewhere that you would like a text box to be, you can simply insert a text box by going to insert and choosing "Text Box".

OTHER NOTES:
* If you want your edited text to match the text that is already on the background of the product, you will need to purchase those fonts. Please see note above for which ones I used.

* If you need to add another slide in with the same background so you don’t have to lose each week’s information, right click on the slide you want to duplicate and choose “duplicate slide”. Then, change the old information to new information on the new slide.
