Description

This maze is part of :

Maze - BUNDLE Polynomial Functions

Dividing Polynomials Bundle (Long and Synthetic Division)

This maze is a good review of "The Remainder Theorem" . Students are expected to be familiar with:

- Polynomial Functions (Definition)

- Evaluating Functions

- Synthetic Division

- Long Division

There are 19 questions where a different polynomial function is provided. Students will have to evaluate the function at the given functional value using "The Remainder Theorem" (to practice the concept). From start to end, the student will be able to answer 16 questions out of the 19 provided to get to the end of the maze.

A "Concept Summary Sheet" is provided in this file summarizing the meaning of the Remainder Theorem and when its used as well as why it is important. This handout is sold separately at my store at: The Remainder Theorem

This maze could be used as: a way to check for understanding, a review, recap of the lesson, pair-share, cooperative learning, exit ticket, entrance ticket, homework, individual practice, when you have time left at the end of a period, beginning of the period (as a warm up or bell work), before a quiz on the topic, and more. After completing this activities, students would have a deeper understanding of "The Factor Theorem" and its purpose.

This maze focuses only and only on "The Remainder Theorem".

☺Would love to hear your feedback☺. Please don't forget to come back and rate this product when you have a chance. You will also earn TPT credits. Enjoy and I ☺Thank You☺ for visiting my ☺Never Give Up On Math☺ store!!!

Know and apply the Remainder Theorem: For a polynomial 𝘱(𝘹) and a number 𝘢, the remainder on division by 𝘹 – 𝘢 is 𝘱(𝘢), so 𝘱(𝘢) = 0 if and only if (𝘹 – 𝘢) is a factor of 𝘱(𝘹).
