Maya / Mayan 6 Fun Activities Learning Packet

Looking for a fun, yet simple easy-to-use packet to teach your students about the Maya? This can be used at a center, small group work or as a whole class.

This file contains 6 fun activities that your students will really enjoy. They will learn about the Mayan culture, caste system, what it takes to be "Mayan Beautiful" and read about a myth. There is also a Mayan math worksheet, a word find, a vocabulary definitions worksheet, and a Mayan Puzzle to cut glue and paste. The worksheets are teacher friendly and very easy to grade. Answer Keys are provided.

This packet can be used as either a supplement to your history book or as a 7 day unit about the Maya. I have pulled pictures from 3 different resources to help student understanding.
