Description
Students LOVE a readers' theater and especially in math class. Math readers' theaters engage and make the understanding of math both fun and easy! Princess and the Pizza is a play on the fairytale Princess and the Pea. The prince is convinced a true princess understands the meaning of equal and what better way to prove you're a princess than a combination of pizza and fractions. Your students are sure to love this readers' script (ideal for small groups). Follow up the script with a partner and whole group game that helps students identify equivalent fractions.
