Math Common Core Standard Tracking Chart - Grade 5

This product is a chart that will help you keep track of each student's performance toward mastering each Math Common Core Standard in 5th Grade. Each domain (operations & algebraic thinking, numbers & operations - base 10, numbers & operations - fractions, measurement & data, and geometry) is separated on its own page and further broken up into the individual standards that make up that domain. At the top if each page is a place to record your student names (up to 20). Each student, therefore, will have a column all the way down that can serve as a "tracking chart" or "checklist" for their progress toward mastering each standard. When a student meets that standard, you can place a check in the appropriate box, or highlight the box in the color of your choice. This chart can only be written into (not typed due to formatting constraints). It is in a PDF file, so you can print and use a a hard document to represent a quick snapshot of student progress. This is great reference sheet when speaking on a student's ability and for when it is report card time!
