What's Inside the Math All About Me Craft and Back to School Activity:

  • Ice Cream Cone Craft Pieces

These are easy to differentiate for kindergarten, 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade students. Students can simply answer the questions with numbers, can add pictures to the ice cream cones, or can write addition, subtraction, multiplication or division equations to show the correct number!

How to Use the Math All About Me Craft and Back to School Activity:

Get to know your students by having them make this ice cream math craft. Students will use numbers to answer 4 questions all about themselves, and then color, cut and glue their ice cream craft together. Students can answer the questions with numbers or equations, and can show their work or draw a picture in the blank part of the ice cream cones. Use this as part of your morning meeting or first day of school to allow students to share and get to know one another. Great for math class or just back to school fun!
