Description
★ Top Selling Resource ★ The Marshmallow Challenge is a great team building activity that can be adapted for any grade level (even adults) or subject area. This activity is sure to get the participants collaborating and critically thinking! A perfect activity for days before or after winter break.
Students are challenged to work together to build the tallest, free-standing tower made out of simple household items within a certain amount of time. A handout is included that asks students to answer certain questions that get their mind thinking, prompts them to sketch an individual structure and then collaborate for a final team design as well as a data table and extension questions. This activity is designed to encourage students to build collaboration and time-management skills while being exposed to an introductory STEM Challenge.
