Mangrove Trees Unit

This is a great mini unit to have your class reading and learning hands on about the mangrove trees habitat. Done with bright colorful pictures of mangrove trees from the Everglades National Park and covering all your students should know about this habitat.

Once students finish their reading they will answer comprehension questions. One of them will have them search for a word online but other than that all their answers are in their informational text.

This activity is great for science centers and also as part of any Swamp or Wetland Unit. This unit can also go in hand with any book or supplemental materials.
