Do you have a classroom library organized by genre? This digital poster can help your students find new reads AND keep your library organized.
14 different genres and library categories, including "Parent Permission Required" for my middle school students, are depicted on this poster. Each section shares a brief example/description.
In my library, each genre corresponds to a color-coded sticker which matches the small circle beside the genre on the poster. These stickers can easily be found on Amazon and I place them on the spine of the respective book. Students can search for the favorite genres AND return the book when finished ... without wondering where to place it!
This pdf is 24"x36" but also prints at 8"x11".
