MLK Jr. Time Line Project

This is an integrated project based on the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Your students will create a time line about important events in Dr. King's life. The download includes frames for organizing events and pictures to place on a time line. A rubric is included for grading the project and can be used to guide students in creating the time line.

In addition to the Social Studies standard of placing events in chronological order on a time line, the project covers the Common Core Standards of RI-Key Idea and Details # 3 and SL-Presentation of Knowledge and Ideas.
