What educators are saying

We had a lot of fun doing this! Great questions. I liked how even when close friends did this, they had a difficult time determining if they were telling the truth due to the topics. Students wanted to keep swapping until they did all of them.

Description

This activity is a great, fun introduction to a unit on Emotion, Stress, and Motivation for AP Psych and regular Psych. In this simulation, students pair up to try and see if each other is lying about a particular issue. Students then watch informational videos and have a discussion about how they could tell if their partners were being dishonest. A great fun activity...especially for a Monday! :)
