Description

Lunch Manners Play Script Drama Club Readers Theater

Fair warning--you may not want to read this one while you're eating. It's a comedy about children's manners, and lack thereof, in the cafeteria at lunchtime.

There are roles for 11 students. Production time ran about 15 minutes.

This is one of my first scripts, written to accommodate the larger number of students that signed up for drama club than I anticipated the first year it was offered at my school. Who knew so many children would be eager to show up an hour early for more school? I had already written the play, Teacher's Work Day, but needed more roles, so I wrote this one for the 3rd graders and had the 4th and 5th graders work with the longer script.

I'm afraid the children had a little too much fun with this one. I hope your class will too!
