Description

Do you have a school store? With this project, your students will craft a social media marketing campaign. If you don't have a school store, any local retailer can be used as the subject for this project. Students will describe the products/services offered and target market, design a campaign around an overall goal, examine how to measure social media success, recommend social media channels to utilize, develop a social media schedule for one week, and design three posts with visual and written components. This product includes step-by-step instructions for students to use as they create their campaign and a simple grading rubric based on 80 points (see Preview).

This project can be completed individually or with a partner. Students will need access to a word processing and design program. Possible options could include Microsoft Word™, Google Docs™, Canva™, or other design software This project-based learning tool is a great way to engage your students with the real world. This product is EDITABLE so you can adjust the instructions or rubric to meet the needs of your students.
