Additionally, Algebra 1 lessons over Scatterplots and Trend Lines are included in this unit as a separate file, but these concepts are not included on this unit test. I like to review this AFTER all Linear Equation lessons (lessons 1-5) or at the END of the unit. I typically find Algebra 2 students do not need the first day introductory lesson and only need lessons 2 & 3.
Reviewing Scatterplots and Trend Lines at the Algebra 1 level is often beneficial as it serves as a great knowledge base for “curve-fitting” in Algebra 2, which will be covered in later units (finding curve of best fit). It can be found as a supplemental pdf in the zip folder!
