Description

The foundational reference for the LanguagePlan-it curriculum. Level I learning outcomes and all assessed essential skills are organized by unit and in the most efficient sequential order of delivery. The Level I curriculum uniquely reviews prior learning while foreshadowing future learning objectives, making it possible for all students to succeed and achieve essential Level I skills and have a better understanding of Level II concepts.

Use this document to determine which units to deliver and the optimal order of delivery for incorporating the LanguagePlan-it curriculum. Post the Unit objectives in class or share with parents and colleagues.

Unit Curriculum Maps for Alphabet and Pronunciation, Greetings and Courtesies, Numbers and Colors, Time and Date, Personal Identification, Education, Family, House and Home, Communities and Neighborhoods, Physical Environment, Clothing and Shopping, Sports and Leisure, Travel and Services, Professions and Earning a Living, Foods and Meal-taking, and Body and Health.

Using LanguagePlan-it curriculum bundles keeps you on top of your scope and sequence. Each Unit syllabus lists lessons in the suggested order of delivery. Use the learning objective and prior learning to decide which lessons to deliver and which to eliminate according to the needs of your class and the number of teaching days you have together.
