What educators are saying

This resource provided some great extra practice to reinforce the skills taught in Letterland. My students are enjoying the activities and I like how it reinforces what I am teaching with the district provide resource we are expeted to use.

Description

Letterland, Letterland, there is no better land! If you have this stuck in your head and you teach first, this is the packet for you!

This packet is 317 pages of independent work using the Letterland program. You MUST have the program to use this packet. I have included seat work from each of the 45 units of Letterland for First grade as a supplement to the program.

Each unit has 7 pages. Two trace and write pages for the spelling words, two trace, write, and draw pages for the sentences. There is a word sort and a Tricky Word/Story Word review trace, write, say, and use page. There are also 2 story questions that go along with the unit.

You can print out a week at a time, or you can send to your printshop and have quarterly booklets printed for each student. The booklets are great, but last year I just had my students keep their weekly work in a folder for easier checking for me. There is a word sort 1/2 sheet to go along with the Letterland Word Sorts in each unit. I also have two questions for each of the Letterland Stories in each unit.

I have another supplemental packet for use with the Letterland program.

Letterland Word Search

This has helped my first graders learn the spelling and phonics patterns that are included with the program. I highly recommend this phonics program to a home school teacher or any teacher teaching children to read and sound out words.

There is one unit included in the preview so you can see exactly what you will receive. Again, you must have the Letterland Program to use this packet. Thanks so much for shopping with me.
