What educators are saying
Love these drills, especially to use with struggling students who are still working on mastering their alphabetic knowledge. We can do these quickly and still feel as though we have hit the concept hard.
This was a resource that was quick and easy to give to my educational assistants to work with students that were not yet fluent with letter/sound knowledge. Thank you.
Description
Build automaticity at the letter level to get kids ready for reading words. Automaticity at the letter and word letter leads to fluency. This is sequentially divided into parts so that you can use it as an intervention tool. Use this for alphabet intervention and/or as a warm-up before phonics instruction. All of the pages look like the cover page shown in the thumbnails, but there are different mixtures of letters throughout.
There is also a blank template so you can fill in your own letters.
Google Slides included.
This is part of a much bigger set of Alphabet Intervention activities.
