What educators are saying

We did a test run of this in my classroom and the students loved it! Can't wait to use it again for ESY
This is a great resource for my substantially separate classroom for students on the autism spectrum!

Description

Setting up a lemonade stand is a fun summer must have childhood experience or a great classroom business. The picture supported text uses very simple steps to make lemonade for a lemonade stand and also includes a visual recipe for making lemonade in a bag. From lemons, sugar, and water to measure, stir, and sip, students will have fun making their own bag of lemonade in no time.

Adapted books and visual recipes are an engaging way to grab the attention of even your most reluctant readers. Interactive adapted books are perfect for emergent readers, English language learners, and students with autism and other special education needs.

Adapted books are a great addition to your literacy centers, and guided, shared, or independent reading activities. Sight word practice and generalization of sight words to the sentence level is a key component of my interactive adapted books.
