Description
Leaders have different styles, have your students complete this introductory activity about the three Leadership Styles - autocratic, democratic, and delegative. Students fill out a survey which then scores them as one of the three Leadership styles.
The first page of the worksheet focuses students on learning the traits of the three types of Leadership styles. The second page asks students to reflect on their own Leadership style as well as to think about how to interact and work with people with other Leadership styles.
This worksheet can be completed as homework, independent work study, or done in class. It is expected to take about 30 to 45 minutes.
When to use:
- Before a group activity, such as planning a dance, lunch event, or other events.
- Beginning of the school year to introduce different types of leaders
- As a sub-lesson
- To build teamwork, community, and understand how other classmates act.
