Law Related Education State and Federal Systems Complete Unit Bundle

These assignments are based on MS Standards for Law Related Education and cover the following:

1. Illustrate the court system on the federal level.

2. Describe the MS judicial system.

3. Contrast the various functions of lawyers in both federal and state levels.

4. Compare and contrast the federal and state levels and the role of the citizen and lawyer in each.

5. Analyze the state's rights positions versus the federal position on amendments and clauses.

6. Compare and contrast the state and federal judicial levels and analyze the relationships between them.

All assignments are on Google Docs or Slides and can be easily modified to fit your needs.

Similar standards are used for other College and Career Readiness Standards for Social Studies classes such as: World History, US History, Government, Economics, Introduction to Geography, Problems of American Democracy, and Minority Studies.
