Latin Activities: Quid vidēs? Set 1

Thomas Talboy presents a set of activities worksheets that you can use to have students start writing Latin sentences. These can be used easily in combination with the Quid facis? Quid agis? and Qualis tempestās est? posters.

You can photocopy the pages as many times as you need for use in the classroom. These activities also work well to measure progress: Give them to beginning students after introducing basic phrases. Then give them to intermediate students, asking them to use intermediate grammar. And, lastly, give them to advanced students, asking them to use advanced grammar and more complex sentences.

These also work well as ice-breakers: Have students write short answers, then have them share their sentences with other students.
