    Description

Why struggle to come up with language arts activities all year? These 4 choice boards will provide grammar activities, vocabulary activities, fiction reading activities, and nonfiction informational text activities. This will help you have extra activities at the ready for your kids all year with no prep for you.

Each choice board has 15 different activities that can be used and re-used all year long. Great for "fast finishers", as centers, or when you have a substitute. The 15 choices have directions and links to activity templates.  Simply attach and go! Templates can also be printed if you prefer.

    Includes:

Grammar Choice Board: 15 activities and templates for grammar skills/standards such as pronoun cases, sentence variety, direct objects, and more. Activities are open-ended and reusable.

Vocabulary Choice Board: 15 activities and templates for any vocab list. Creative activities such as Frayer Chart, 3 Truths and a Lie, and Theme Song will keep kids interested all year.

Fiction Choice Board: 15 fun and engaging activities and templates such as Comic Strip, Sensory Figure, and News Report go with any novel and can be used all year.

Nonfiction Informational Text Choice Board: 15 activities and templates to make nonfiction informational text come to life. With activities such as Sticky Notes, It Says/I Say, and Note Taking, your kids will be ready to interact with any text for the entire year.

Here are some tips and recommendations for each of the choice boards:

⭐️Everything you need is "all in one" slideshow!  Attach to your Google Classroom™ or digital learning platform.

⭐️Everything is linked and ready to go; no prep required!

⭐️When students click the link to the activity, it creates their own copy for them in their own drive.  They can then “share” it with you electronically.  You could also print the templates if you prefer.

⭐️If you do choose to print, they make a great bulletin board display!

⭐️I also print the slides, staple them to a file folder, and staple them to a bulletin board.  Then I print copies of the templates in the folder so that kids can use printables if they/you prefer (see the examples in each product preview).  It is also fun to put good examples from students who do a good job right in the folder as well.

⭐️If you grade them, I would grade them easily…for completion and for completing all components.  I suggest a score of 1-3.

⭐️It’s fun to make time to share.  Students can lay them on their desk (or open their electronic copy on their device) and take a “gallery” walk.
