    Description

ELEMENTARY LATIN BINGO LATIN VOCABULARY ELEMENTARY LATIN FRUITS & VEGETABLES BINGO GAMES! 200 DIFFERENTIATED BINGO GRIDS AND 80 CALLING CARDS!

I love language games with goals, and playing bingo definitely ticks all the boxes! My students of all ages really love to play - it's ideal for developing listening, speaking,

reading and writing/spelling skills, as well as learning key beginners Latin

vocabulary. Importantly, bingo grids can be easily differentiated, to ensure there's a broad range of challenge.

There are two hundred differentiated bingo grids (100 each for fruits and vegetables) and 80 calling cards (40 each for fruits and vegetables) - everything you need for lots of games with all your students!

There are twelve Latin fruits in masculine, feminine, neuter, singular & plural:

    1. the apple
    2. the lemon
    3. the oranges
    4. the peach
    5. the raspberries
    6. the pineapple
    7. the olive
    8. the pear
    9. the bananas
    10. the grapes
    11. the strawberry
    12. the watermelon

There are twelve Latin vegetables, in masculine, feminine, neuter, singular & plural:

    1. the mushrooms
    2. the cauliflower
    3. thee carrots
    4. the lettuce
    5. the cucumber
    6. the tomato
    7. the cabbage
    8. the potatoes
    9. the garlic
    10. the broccoli
    11. the peas
    12. the onions

For both the fruit and vegetables there are 40 picture-only 9-square grids, 4 per page (20 pages) - I've uploaded them in both color and blackline - I do have sets of laminated bingo grids, and I tend to print those in color - the blackline are perfect for keeping in activity folders, to play whenever you feel is a good time! I sometimes prefer to give out pages with four grids on, and students choose which order they play the grids in - or sometimes, I cut out the grids, place them in a small bowl or similar on tables and students randomly choose grids - depending on the size of your class, you should have several winners per game! The grids are designed for all the squares to be crossed off in order to win the game.

To differentiate, and to focus more on reading skills, for both the fruit and vegetables there are 40 Latin word-only 9-square grids, 4 per page (20 pages). I always like to give mixed word and picture grids too, so I've also included for both fruit and vegetables 20 mixed word and picture 9-square grids, 4 per pages. (10 pages).

It's easy to lose track of what you're calling out - and I let my students call out too, so that they can play independently, so there are in total 40 calling cards in Latin, and 40 in English - I've found that calling in English is a really great way to embed the vocab.

The pack includes 12 non-editable files in a zipped format. It's copyright, all rights reserved. It may not be copied, rewritten, shared or distributed in any way. The license for purchase is a single-user only license. I've also included a free-to-download Latin Numbers and Roman Numerals Word Wall that you may not have seen in my store.
