    Description

    *** Includes K-5 and 6-12 Resources ***

Data Tracking Sheets are broken up by WIDA Can Do Descriptor Charts: K, 1-2, 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12.

Track your English Learners language proficiency throughout the school year. Use your students' WIDA ACCESS score reports to identify their proficiency level in each domain. Quickly identify what students should be able to do in each language domain and track their progress. Set appropriate, realistic goals for our students using these WIDA Can Do Descriptors.

Checklists provide educators with a list of expectations to monitor all ENL students' progress in one place. They are based on the WIDA Can Do Descriptors, and organized by grade level, to determine what to focus on with each student.

ENL Student Snapshot. Organize all your English Learners’ data. Provide ab overview of student information and to show student growth over the course of the year. Includes a notes section, as well as data points for WIDA scores, NWEA scores, and reading benchmarks. Highlight appropriate scaffolds and accommodations and use your data to set achievable goals.

Data Records can be used to keep all your English Learners’ data organized in one place. Use this for a quick reference guide when considering placement, services, and small group support. There are a variety of pages with different data points to fit your needs. Data points include a mix of WIDA scores, NWEA scores, reading levels, letter ID, and letter sounds.

Have this data available and ready for conferences and progress reports.

You can use one sheet for your entire caseload, or separate students by grade or teacher.

These resources can be shared with classroom teachers to define clear expectations of language development at each level.
