Description

This product offers students a chance to research and discuss some of the people and events from the McCarthy Era for study prior to the viewing of the movie, "good night, and good luck". It also includes eight open-ended questions for post-viewing discussions.

Twentieth Century United States History and United States Government teachers could augment a study of the 1950's with this movie.

However teachers choose to use this product, it raises some interesting comparing and contrasting the middle of the 20th century with contemporary national and international events issues.

As always, this activity- PDF version- may be downloaded and printed for classroom use. Also, an Easel Activity is ready to be used for Google Classroom. Teachers may choose to add an interactive layer of their own for digital use by clicking on the red "Open in Easel" rectangle on the product's page.

Enjoy a Teach It Now Day,

Connie
