Japanese: On Your Holidays. YASUMI NI

With this comprehensive resource, planning time will be greatly reduced, allowing teachers to focus on their teaching and student learning.

Students will learn how to ask and answer the following 2 questions about their holidays. どこに行きましたか。どうでしたか。

The 10 selected place names are 海、海外、川、山、町、えいが、プール、友達の家、こうえん、キャンプ

The 8 selected 'opinions' are　たのしかった、おもしろかった、さむかった、あつかった、よかった、つまらなかった、天気はよかった、天気はわるかった

The resource is separated into different files to help prevent it from becoming unwieldy and includes

• a PowerPoint SHOW ( file type .ppsx) presentation of 107 slides for direct classroom instruction. It includes suggested Learning Intentions and Success Criteria.

• a PDF version of the SHOW

• a PDF showing the PowerPoint in HANDOUT views with specific notes for each of the first 40 slides.（Similar activities are included on the following slides so do not need slide-by-slide explanation.)

• a PDF containing a STUDENT ACTIVITY BOOKLET. Teachers can select the pages they wish to include prior to printing. Alternately single pages only may be selected for printing.

• a PDF of SUPPLEMENTARY MATERIALS which has information about the SHOW file type as well as:

· Relevance to Australian Curriculum, Year Levels 3 and 4
