Students will learn to

  • understand the words and statements they hear.
  • 'read' words and statements.
  • say the animal names and the statements of existence.
  • ask and answer questions of existence.

Colourful and appealing graphics with animated effects aim to capture student interest.

The detailed teaching sequence for the unit describes each lesson and shows the resources to be utilised. There are 23 x 30-minute lessons included.

This sequence is merely a guide, and teachers may use the materials with their classes as they see fit. All 5 sections do not need to be taught consecutively. It would make great revision to return to the cats and dogs later in the year and then introduce new sentence patterns.

Please remember that the purchase of the resource is for ONE teacher only - colleagues can purchase the resource at a reduced price.
