International Travel with Students: Paperwork and Forms—EDITABLE!

This packet includes paperwork and forms for teachers, leaders and chaperones of international student travel. These documents keep me organized and help hold students and parents accountable for creating a positive experience for all travelers! I developed these forms over the course of my ten years of experience in educational travel.
