This global foods project is a quick introduction to international foods. Students are to pick a country and find a national or representative dish of some part of that country. They then make a poster with the information outlined on the description page.

- Flag
- Location in the Country the dish is from
- Specialty Cooking Tool
-name, picture, short description
- National Dish
(culinary dish strongly associated with the country)
-name, picture, ingredients
-short description off how it is made (not a copy/paste of steps to make)
They can present the poster to the class or they can be marked and put up on a bulletin board for the class to learn together from.
